Our Holiday house in Sardinia, Italy, has a living/dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a 2 persons couch. There is a double bed bedroom, a bathroom with shower and via a staircase you can reach the mezzanine bedroom with twin beds. The house has a warm and cozy atmosphere.
